If you are involved in a collision, which results in damage or injury, you must stop and provide the following information to anyone who has reasonable grounds for requesting them:
- your name and address
- the vehicle registration
If the vehicle that you are driving does not belong to you, you must provide the owner's name and address.
If you do not provide your details, then you must report the accident to the police within 24 hours. The incident must also be reported to your insurance company, regardless of whether you wish to make a claim.
We are currently compiling a waiting list of learners who wish to commence automatic driving lessons in Leeds or register for our intensive driving courses in Leeds. All learners will be contacted as soon as the social restrictions are lifted by the government.
